Refund policy

At Airodo, we strive to always provide you with the best shopping experience. However, in case of any queries regarding your purchase, please go through our Return and Exchange Policy:

- Innerwear like boxers is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Perfumes, jewelry, and sunglasses are eligible for return and replacement only if they are damaged or broken.
- Images of faulty or damaged products are mandatory so that we can review and process the return or exchange smoothly.
- Apparel, including hoodies, t-shirts, and dry-wear range, is eligible for return or exchange in case of damage or size issue within 10 days of delivery.

Note: All refunds will only be processed if the query is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
